Don't beat yourself up over UA and SWHC, you did the right thing pruning your weak positions and taking profits ahead of the Fed - that was the responsible thing to do.
I regret not shorting SWHC when it hit my screen around 19.8, but I am more than happy I took profits on my shorts, including CROX and GRMN, before the Fed announcement yesterday.
Looks like the market is going to continue to rally, and this is a great environment for your pullback strategy.
